vSphere Client could not connect to vCenter Server

vCenter related services should be started in this order, 

  1. vCenter Single Sign-on Service
  2. vCenter Inventory Service
  3. vCenter Server service

 Else the vCenter service will get failed with the following error

This is applicable from vsphere 5.1
